What kind of material do you use?
We use high quality PLA for most prints, but some product may require different material types.

 

What kind of materials are there?
The most common types are PLA, PLA+, ABS, PETG, Nylon, TPU, PVA, HIPS, carbon fiber, Kevlar, and fiberglass. The other types are all Resin based.

 

Can you print metal designs?
Not at this time

 

What kind of printers do you use?

We use mostly Bambu Labs printers with multi-filament AMS systems. This allows us to use multi-colored prints for seamless transition and use up to 4 colors at once!

 

How long will my order take to complete?
We typically have a 1-2 day turnaround for most orders. Large and custom orders can take longer depending on the order and design.

 

What shipping method do you use?
We use USPS Ground Advantage, unless it requires a different method. Customers will be notified of any changes.

 

Do you accept returns?

Returns will be accepted at the stole discretion of Layer3D Creations within 48 hours of purchase or receiving their purchase if shipped. All products are tested to be in standard functioning order prior to being shipped or available for purchase. Defective products will be considered based on visible wear and tear outside of normal circumstances. Should your item require shipping, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping entirely (excluding tax).
